Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of Utilo (the “Service”), operated by 맘소프트 momsoft. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

The Service provides browser-based utility tools. All file processing runs on your device and files are not uploaded to our servers. Some tools load third-party resources (e.g., exchange rates, engines, or AI models) to function, but your files are not transmitted.

3. User obligations

You are responsible for the content you process and for complying with applicable laws and third-party rights (including copyright and privacy). You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others’ rights, or to disrupt or attack the Service.

4. Intellectual property

The Service’s design, code, and content belong to the operator or its licensors. Files and outputs you create with the tools remain yours.

5. Paid (Pro) service

The Service offers optional paid “Pro” features. Prices and details are shown at the point of purchase. Payment may be processed by an external payment provider (Merchant of Record). Pro is activated on your device via a license key; you are responsible for keeping the key confidential.

6. Withdrawal of subscription and refunds

Under the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, you may withdraw a purchase within 7 days of payment. However, for digital content whose provision or download has begun, the right of withdrawal may be limited as permitted by law; where it applies, we disclose this and obtain your consent before payment. If the Service is defective or differs from its description or advertising, you may request a refund under applicable law. Refund requests: [email protected].

7. Changes to and interruption of the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where practicable.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee that results are accurate, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose — verify important results yourself. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer-protection law.

9. Advertising

The Service may display third-party advertising. See the Privacy Policy for related data handling.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Consumer disputes may be resolved through the dispute-resolution procedures provided by applicable law.
