How it is calculated
Weekly holiday pay = hourly wage × (weekly hours ÷ 40) × 8, capped at 8 hours for 40h+. At 10,320 KRW/hour and 20 hours a week, that is 10,320 × (20÷40) × 8 = 41,280 KRW.
Eligibility (15 hours)
Paid only when weekly hours average 15 or more over four weeks and you attend all scheduled days. Under 15 hours, none is due — the tool flags this automatically.
Hourly vs monthly pay
Monthly salaries (209-hour basis) usually already include holiday pay; hourly and part-time workers should receive it separately.
